Modernized a sports contract management platform into an AI-assisted contract intelligence system that supports batch document ingestion, structured extraction, search, query, and reporting.
Contract-heavy businesses do not need another folder of PDFs. They need a reliable operational data layer that preserves the nuance of contracts, addendums, amendments, schools, seasons, compensation terms, and negotiation history.
The system processes documents in batch, applies AI-assisted analysis to extract contract intelligence, and turns the result into structured data that can be inspected, searched, queried, and reported on across the contract landscape.
The relationship began in 2010 and continues today through SCMS 2.0, with the modernized system proving the same AI-native patterns used in the lab inside a client-owned enterprise environment.
